On a tighten plot in the Upper Town of Patras, a three level house was constructed. With its simplicity and despite its only 5 meters width, the intense natural light, the inner courtyard and the large openings characterise it. In a bustling urban environment with intense and unrelated architectural features the house was harmonised thanks to its simplicity. Designed by DOTN the 120 square meters property was developed in 12 months period.
